In today’s time, kids have too many choices in the restaurant menu, playing online games, opening social media handles, or even choosing a career option.
People born before 2000 had aam Zindagi, but people born after 2000 have mentos Zindagi.
Let me ask you a few questions.
Are you a parent?
Your kid struggling with subject choices?
Your kid struggling in his / her career?
Does your kid have too many career choices?
And this might happen with adults also.
He/she confused to select one?
There is a possibility that you as a school student might find it hard to choose one subject. Or you might have decided on the subject, but after completing graduation, you might find it harder to make a career choice, and you are clueless regarding what to pursue.
Let me share few stories of my friends.
First Friend
When he was in 10th, he had the option to choose subjects. His science subject selection decision was influence by his peer. After completion of the 12th, he went ahead with BTech. After completing BTech, he landed his first job.
After working for few months, he had this realization that coding is not his cup of tea.
Second Friend
When she was in 10th, she also had the option to choose subjects. Her medicine selection decision was influence by her parents. After completion of the 12th, she went ahead with MBBS. After going through medical training in college for few months, she realized that she should not be a doctor.
These are the two stories of my friends. Imagine so many people have the same realization, but they cannot express this. That work could be a burden for them. They would neither be satisfied nor happy doing the work. And we all know if we are not content with our work, we would not be successful in our careers.
That can hinder your performance at work, and your career would at stake. That can even be stressful and lead to anxiety, hampering your health. It can even lead to a bad temper that can worsen your relationship with friends and family members.
Therefore, the ideal career choice is crucial.

Are you enjoying your work?
Are you performing well in your job/ business?
Are you satisfied with your role and responsibilities?
Do you have encounter lots of stress or anxiety?
Then you might have chosen the wrong career.
Choosing the wrong career isn’t something you should be ashamed of!
That is quite normal and happens to a lot of people.
Whenever we commit a mistake, it is crucial to learn from it and apply learning for a better life. Similarly, you should acknowledge that and start putting efforts into choosing the ideal career for yourself.
An ideal career is that you are enjoying, you are performing well, and where you are satisfied.
