Job Profile:
As an M&A Associate, you will play a crucial role in conducting market inquiries and cold outreach to gather intelligence on target companies for our private equity (PE) and investment banking (IB) clients. Your responsibilities will include researching business models, management profiles, suppliers, vendors, and partners of companies our clients want to invest in, acquire, or partner with. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on multiple sector deals, where you’ll be exposed to highly knowledge-intensive tasks. Additionally, you’ll be instrumental in building our internal analyst capability as our team continues to expand.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
1-2 years of experience in Research, Audit, Business Development, HR, or consulting
Strong understanding of Business
Excellent communication & investigative skillset
Proficiency in drafting reports and other client-facing deliverables
Experience conducting primary research and cold calling industry sources (Senior & Midlevel) with minimal oversight
Deep understanding of research techniques and business analysis
Location: Delhi (Hybrid)
Educational Background: BBA/BCOM, PGDM preferred
