Roles & Responsibilities
- Developing recruitment strategy: Create and update job descriptions, and develop and track recruitment goals
- Sourcing candidates: Use Job Portals and hiring platforms, to find potential candidates
- Screening candidates: Review resumes and applications, and conduct interviews
- Evaluating candidates: Assess candidates’ skills, experience, and qualifications to determine if they are a good fit for the role
- Providing shortlists: Create lists of qualified candidates for the interview process.
- Making offers: Send job offer emails and answer questions about compensation and benefits
- Monitoring metrics: Track key HR metrics, such as time-to-fill and time-to-hire
- Collaborating with managers: Work with managers to identify future hiring needs and discuss talent requirements
