Job Title: Executive Assistant to CEO
Location: Saket, New Delhi
Salary: 50k per month
Reporting To: CEO
Gender: Female

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and handle travel
arrangements.
2. Coordinate internal and external meetings, including MOM
and follow-ups.
3. Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents as required.
4. Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of
tasks.
5. Handle confidential information with utmost professionalism.

Must-Have Qualifications:
– Graduate degree in any discipline.
– 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
– Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
– Strong communication skills
– Excellent people management and follow-up skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
 Experience in the hospitality or aviation industry.

Work Environment:
 1. Full-time, in-office role based in Saket, New Delhi.
 2. Reports directly to the CEO and collaborates with other stakeholders.
