Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Civil Engineer with a minimum of 3 -5 years of industry experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in construction site supervision and project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage day-to-day activities at construction sites to ensure work is progressing as per schedule and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site workers to ensure quality and safety standards are maintained.
- Monitor construction progress and prepare daily/weekly reports.
- Interpret construction drawings and ensure correct implementation on site.
- Resolve site issues and provide timely solutions to avoid project delays.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and regulatory compliance.
- Conduct quality control checks and ensure all materials and work comply with industry standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil construction projects, particularly site supervision.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Proficient in project management and use of relevant software (AutoCAD, MS Project, etc.).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
