Job Title: Sales Engineer
Salary: ₹20,000 per month
Work Hours: 9 AM – 5 PM
Location: Sector 74, Gurugram
Weekly Off: Sundays
Job Description & Responsibilities:
Sales & Client Management:
Responsible for selling industrial cutting tools, machine tool accessories, carbide tools, milling cutters, and CNC cutting tools.
Responsible for handling sales operations in various regions.
Maintaining and developing strong business relationships with existing clients through face-to-face meetings, phone calls, and emails.
Listening to customer requirements and effectively presenting product solutions to close sales.
Selling products and services using persuasive sales arguments to prospective customers.
Performing cost-benefit analysis for existing and potential customers.
Ensuring positive business relationships for future sales opportunities.
Lead Generation & Enquiries Handling:
-Responding to incoming email and phone inquiries.
– Engaging with potential customers to identify their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Technical Knowledge & Application:
– Providing technical support and product recommendations based on customer requirements.
– Understanding the application of cutting tools in various industrial settings.
General Responsibilities:
– Ensuring timely follow-ups and customer satisfaction.
– Maintaining records of sales activities and customer interactions.
